Very much like the Lemon Ice Cream, this is another favorite from Lizzy R.
3 1/2 c. sugar
3 cans milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3 qt. half&half
1 pt. heavy cream
1 oz. mint extract
1 TB vanilla
Heat sugar, milk & salt. Combine with all ingredients in ice cream maker. Layer ice and salt around canister.
